Enable Cookie Tracking in Surface Form

1. Open Form Settings
   • Go to your Surface form dashboard
   • Navigate to the form you want to enable cookie tracking for
   • Click on Settings -> Cookie Tracking
2. Enable Cookie Tracking
   • Toggle the Enable Cookie Tracking switch to turn it on
   • Click Save to apply the changes
   • The form will now track the lead’s cookies during form submission
