1. Create a new conversion action in Google Ads

2. Keep note of the Conversion ID and the Conversion Label

3. Log into Google Tag Manager

4. Create Custom Event Trigger with event name set to SurfaceFormSubmitEvent

5. Configure the following tags in GTM:

  1. Conversion Linker
  2. Google Ads Conversion Tracking
